My sweet Dad was on help duty again. He spent a couple hours sitting on a storage bin taking out all the nails and scrapping off the loose paint. We realized there were more than we originally thought when we found a second smaller pile bringing the total to 22! I've had lots of inquires and sold one pair to a lovely woman in Florida earlier this week.
I'll give you the quick rundown on dimensions again.
16" high
3 7/8" wide
longer bottom part is 9"
I'll probably list some in the shop when I have time to sand and paint a few but for now if you're interested you can email me at susandu@msn.com.
Thank you all for your sweet comments about my dream post.
I know you all have your own dreams and I hope you find the courage or motivation or whatever it is you need to go after them.
After all, we only get one lifetime, why not try?
xo Suz
p.s. I was surprised to find out that my husband didn't know what a corbel was. He's full of lots of what I call useless information (think Jeopardy) I just don't have room to store all that. Kind of fun that I knew something he didn't, he he!
by definition it's an architectural bracket :)
p.s.s :) Decided to do a quick weekend sale. 15% off any item in the Vintage Section of my shop. Use code VINTAGE now thru Sunday!

Now I don't feel so bad. I'm not the only one who didn't know what a corbel was! What a sweet father you have~you work well as a team. They look great!
